HVAC Service Technician – Tech 4 (Senior) – $32–$34/hr + Commission (Fort Worth)

We’re building a Gold Collar championship team in Fort Worth and need Tech 4 Senior HVAC Service Technicians (4–8 years experience) who can lead in the field, sell ethically, and help train the next wave.

What You’ll Do (Tech 4)

• Run complex residential service calls and higher‑value jobs
• Lead diagnostics, repairs, and system evaluations
• Present and close maintenance agreements and replacement options
• Help mentor Tech 1–3s and set standards in the field
• Keep callbacks low and customer satisfaction high
• Protect the brand and model professional behavior

What You Need

• 4–8 years recent HVAC service experience
• Proven track record of strong technical work and customer satisfaction
• Comfort with ticket building and ethical upselling
• TDLR License – required
• EPA Certification – required
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• Able to pass a drug test

Pay & Incentives – Tech 4

• $32–$34/hr
• $1/hr performance bumps every 6 months in your first 12 months (based on performance)
• Commission:
• 4% on $100–$3,000
• 2% on $3,000–$100,000

Plus install bonuses, hiring bonus opportunities, and leadership‑weighted bonuses.

Schedule & Benefits

• Mon–Fri, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. (paid OT in peak season)
• Evaluating 4 x 10s (3 days off each week) for the right techs
• W‑2, company insurance after 60 days
• Company truck, fuel card, iPad, uniforms, major tools
• Paid drive time, realistic call counts
• PTO, sick time, 9 paid weekday holidays (double time if on‑call)
• 80–160 hrs vacation based on tenure + option to sell back 40 hrs per year
