- CEO: USMC veteran, MBA from TCU – focused on long-term growth, not flipping.
- COO: 20 years in the trades, 15+ as an HVAC tech – leads technical standards and training.
- Leadership Director: Former MLB coach, 3x World Series – leads professional development.

ROLES – HIRING NOW
Hiring for all positions, but priority for March start:
- 2 x Tech 2 & Tech 3 Service Techs
- First 2 of 12 total tech hires.
PAY & UPSIDE
Tech 2 (6–24 months exp.)
- $22–$26/hr + quarterly $1/hr bumps (first 12 months)
- Commission: 2% on $100–$3,000, 1% on $3,000–$100,000
Tech 3 (2–4 years exp.)
- $26–$30/hr + quarterly $1/hr bumps (first 12 months)
- Commission: 3% on $100–$3,000, 1.5% on $3,000–$100,000
Install Bonuses
- $300 per install ≤ 6 hrs, $150 per install > 6 hrs, double for double installs
Hiring & Performance Pay
- Up to $2,000 hiring bonus in first 120 days
- Quarterly bonus for revenue, quality, customer care, low callbacks
SCHEDULE & BENEFITS
- Mon–Fri, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. (paid OT in peak)
- W-2, company insurance after 60 days
- Truck, fuel card, iPad, uniforms, major tools provided
- Paid drive time, realistic call counts
- PTO, sick time, 9 paid weekday holidays
- 80–160 hrs vacation + option to sell back 40 hrs yearly
- Evaluating 4 x 10s (3 days off weekly)
